Years back, (in my kitchen) a 25cm long stick insect with torns all over its body, looks pretty dangerous and create hasty sounds...
(living room) The combination of a moth & butterfly appeared measuring approximately 18cm wide with it's wings spread apart.

Last spring, we encountered a playing mantis measuring
11cm in length & 6cm in height at our door step...

This mantis stays very still while we're busying taking photos.
Coz, the flash of our camera blinds its sight. That's why..
